Will I have to interact with a sales consultant in person to start the process?
No. We are happy to support social distancing efforts by providing a 'Clean Touch Vehicle Delivery' where your Susanville Auto Center sales consultant will begin the process via phone.
Will I have to come to the dealership to sign documentation to make my purchase?
A Susanville Auto Center representative will bring the forms to your residence for you to sign. Once you sign documentation, the representative will make arrangements to have your new vehicle delivered to your residence all through our COVID-19 Social Distancing Compliant delivery process.
Will the registration of my vehicle be delayed?
Most likely, yes. California DMV's are offering limited services due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We will reach out to you with updates specific to California. In many cases, the temporary operating plates for your car will be extended or law enforcement has been relaxed.
